We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Cambridge with potential assignments in Mississauga. This role is critical in delivering technical assistance to our employees.
As part of our consulting team located in Montreal, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and managing the complete lifecycle of our technical assets. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer first-level support for remote and onsite employees
• Manage asset lifecycle, from configuration to decommissioning
• Diagnose technical issues and assist in solutions
• Work proficiently with Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications
• Participate in light physical activities as required
Requirements:
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Proven customer service and support experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Suite
• Effective multitasking and time management capabilities
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
