Insight Global seeks a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist for a 6-month contract role in a leading insurance firm. This position can be a blend of remote and on-site work.
In this role, you will provide critical first-level support to employees while managing all aspects of asset lifecycle activities. You should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and be proficient with Office 365 and ticketing systems like Service Now or Intune.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional first-level support to users
• Oversee the complete asset lifecycle management
• Work with ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking
• Communicate effectively to resolve technical problems
• Ensure customer service excellence across all interactions
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and support background
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Technical diagnosing and troubleshooting expertise
• Time management and multitasking skills
