Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee life-cycle event workflows approval
• Enter bulk data utilizing advanced Excel functions
• Address HRIS inquiries and deliver troubleshooting support
• Validate system updates to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct audits for employee data accuracy across platforms
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or IT
• 2-3 years' experience in HRIS administration
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM or similar systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel
