Shape digital product strategy through data-driven decisions and SAFe leadership as a senior product leader within a globally diverse organization.
The Director & Chief Product Owner oversees a digital product portfolio value stream. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while aligning business priorities with global technology strategy. The role connects business and development teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and communicate digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead large-scale initiatives across business lines and value streams
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to optimize offerings
- Own backlog and prioritize features across multiple agile squads
- Present insights and progress while leading organizational change
- Eight to ten years leading cross-functional teams using SAFe or Scrum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Five years’ industry experience with insurance and wealth products
- Digital strategy and transformation experience within financial services
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, release management, and agile methodologies
