Support Windows systems and Microsoft 365 onsite for Kane Veterinary Supplies in Cambridge, Ontario. Troubleshoot equipment, connectivity, and user access daily.
This full-time, permanent IT Support Specialist serves as the primary onsite contact for office and warehouse employees. You will maintain end-user equipment and local network infrastructure while supporting AIMS ERP, WMS, and company applications. The position works independently at Cambridge while coordinating escalations with the Edmonton-based Information Systems team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first- and second-level onsite technical support
- Diagnose Windows, printer, peripheral, software, and connectivity issues
- Deploy PCs, laptops, scanners, and warehouse devices
- Administer accounts, permissions, VPN, and Remote Desktop
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Diploma in IT or equivalent practical experience
- One to three years of hands-on IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi knowledge
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Cambridge, Ontario
