Position: Gore Mutual Claims Advisor Role
Be an integral part of Gore Mutual’s transformation as a Claims Advisor. Utilize your analytical skills in a hybrid role while supporting clients through the claims experience in Cambridge or Vancouver.

This role centers on managing personal property claims with a focus on investigation, negotiation, and customer service. You'll analyze coverage, set reserves, and resolve claims efficiently, providing an exceptional experience for policyholders. Your expertise will help mitigate risks and promote continuous improvement within the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed investigations into personal property claims

• Collaborate with experts for accurate damage assessments

• Explain claims processes and coverage decisions clearly

• Identify trends for process improvements and risk mitigation

• Build and maintain trust with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of property claims adjusting experience preferred

• In-depth knowledge of insurance principles and practices

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with claims management software

• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
