Key Responsibilities:
• Review coverage and prepare Reservation of Rights letters
• Evaluate claim losses and develop resolution strategies
• Direct investigations and settlements efficiently
• Assess litigation documents relevant to claims
• Maintain precise records and report summaries
Requirements:
• 5+ years in casualty liability claims handling
• Active participation or completion of CIP/CRM programs
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with municipal claims advantageous
