Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze coverage and communicate through Reservation of Rights letters

• Develop strategies based on loss and liability evaluations

• Collaborate with legal and independent adjusters on claim settlements

• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate claim files

• Provide superior service by engaging with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years handling casualty liability claims

• Completion of CIP’s, CRM, or legal profession licensing

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent understanding of insurance coverage

• Experience in municipal claims handling is advantageous
