Key Responsibilities:
• Assign claims to the Catastrophe team members
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for team usage
• Perform data entry and manage reporting tasks
• Assist in administrative duties for claims processing
• Analyze data trends to derive meaningful insights
Requirements:
• Currently studying in Business, Finance, or Communications
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Willingness to learn with a customer-service mindset
• Capable of working both independently and in teams
