Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our Personal Insurance Client Retention team. In this role, you will utilize your personal insurance knowledge to provide guidance and advice to policyholders through various channels. Effective communication and a client-centric approach are vital to excel in maintaining client relationships and meeting department sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to policyholder inquiries via calls and emails
• Conduct coverage reviews and provide recommendations
• Document client discussions in Broker Management System (EPIC)
• Adhere to customer service standards for file management
• Support account rounding and client retention strategies
Requirements:
• RIBO or OTL license required
• Minimum 2 years of personal insurance experience
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office and organizational skills
