Acuren is seeking a Lab Technical Coordinator at our Cambridge facility. In this role, you will engage with customers, interpret testing requirements, and prepare customized quotes. Collaborating with department supervisors, you will also prioritize workflow to achieve effective turnaround times and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person

• Interpret testing requirements and provide accurate solutions

• Log incoming test samples and allocate to proper departments

• Prepare detailed customer quotations based on specifications

• Coordinate workflow with supervisors to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related science or technology field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Familiarity with technical specifications (ASTM, ISO, etc.)

• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
