Drive impactful automation projects at ATS Industrial Automation as a Procurement Lead. Oversee material budgeting and enhance supplier relations in this dynamic role.
As a Procurement Lead, you’ll manage and forecast the project management material budget while serving as a critical liaison between project teams and the supply chain. Your expertise will help identify risks, drive cost savings, and ensure timely delivery throughout project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and forecast project procurement budgets
• Schedule and lead procurement kick-off meetings
• Resolve issues with requisitions and drawings
• Act as a liaison with supply chain buyers
• Attend design reviews to achieve compliant solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in custom manufacturing environment
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• PMP certification or supply chain designation preferred
