As a Project Management Specialist – Supply Chain (ISC Project Management Specialist II) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting integrated supply chain projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project execution, monitor progress, and implement process improvements that enhance supply chain performance.
You will report directly to our Sr ISC Project Manager and you’ll work out of our Cambridge, ON location on an on‑site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by contributing to the optimization of supply chain processes, supporting project milestones, and enabling seamless coordination across teams. Your efforts will help drive operational excellence and support Honeywell's commitment to delivering superior products and services.
Responsibilities
Drive and execute supply chain and production execution.
Influence functional stakeholders.
Support the Management Operating System of the program.
Improve metrics.
Support Integrated Supply Chain sites.
Work with the factory team.
Ensure on‑time delivery and achieve cost budget of projects.
Manage data and report.
Support escalation management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a supply chain and production environment.
Eligibility for CGP / CSP / Secret security clearance, as Honeywell's building is a controlled goods program environment.
Additional Qualifications
Earned Value Management certified.
Experience in optics, aerospace, mechanical, robotics, or production environments.
Lean expert or Black Belt certification.
PMP certification.
Experience working in a global company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lead and drive change, influence, and mentor others.
Ability to work with and lead cross‑functional teams.
Experience presenting project plans/updates to senior management.
Annual base salary range: $70,100 to $93,400 in Cambridge, Ontario. This salary information is a general guideline;
