As the Regional Category Manager, your role involves managing sourcing strategies and vendor evaluations while adhering to ethical procurement standards. You will leverage historical data and market knowledge to negotiate favorable agreements with suppliers. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement vendor sourcing strategies
• Evaluate suppliers for compliance with ATS standards
• Negotiate comprehensive supplier agreements
• Support data-driven decision making for procurement
• Lead workshops to drive cost savings initiatives
Requirements:
• A relevant degree in purchasing or business
• 5+ years in sourcing and project management
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong negotiation capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams
