The Logistics Coordinator at Dare Foods will play a critical role in managing logistics tasks, including customs, order processing, and documentation. You’ll be responsible for enhancing efficiency and compliance while ensuring smooth operations across various stakeholders. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing invoices, expenses, and correspondence
• Record data and maintain schedules and reports
• Solve customs issues and manage necessary shipping documents
• Track Amazon orders and manage warehouse accessibility
• Oversee financial accruals and pallet management
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in Logistics or related field
• Educational background in transportation regulations and shipment procedures
• Skills in SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
• Ability to operate both independently and in teams
