Position: Dare Foods Ingredient Sourcing Manager
Lead ingredient sourcing at Dare Foods as a Sourcing Manager. This full-time hybrid position is essential for driving sustainability and strategic negotiations in the supply chain.

We are looking for a dedicated Sourcing Manager to manage category strategies for key commodities such as oils and cocoa. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will ensure cost efficiency, supply continuity, and effective supplier relations. Your proactive approach will be crucial in identifying sourcing opportunities that align with Dare's commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine sourcing strategies for assigned commodities

• Analyze market trends to forecast demand and risks

• Implement pricing strategies and manage budgets

• Negotiate supplier agreements and lead sourcing events

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and supplier standards

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of sourcing experience in CPG

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent

• Proficient in SAP and market intelligence tools

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills

• Strong analytical capabilities
