Key Responsibilities:

• Aid business operations across seven Distribution Centers

• Prepare employee communications and administrative documentation

• Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel records

• Support analytics and operational reporting requirements

• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and site events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Supply Chain

• Passion for operations and employee experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to travel within Ontario
