Reporting to the Zone Operations Manager, you will engage in an array of tasks including workforce administration, employee engagement, and operational analytics. By working closely with frontline leaders, you will build foundational business capabilities while contributing to various initiatives and projects. Your organizational and analytical skills will play a critical role in supporting both Pepsi Co Foods and Beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations across multiple Distribution Centers

• Prepare and distribute essential employee communications

• Ensure accuracy in personnel records and HR databases

• Generate and maintain operational reporting and analytics

• Support employee engagement and recognition activities

Requirements:

• Recent Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• Strong interest in operations and human resources

• Proficient in Microsoft applications

• Valid driver’s license for frequent travel

• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
