This full-time Co-op reports to the Supply Chain team and supports goods movement for manufacturing and project requirements. You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers, customs partners, and internal teams while gaining hands-on exposure to international logistics, transportation planning, customs processes, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate carrier routing, quoting, scheduling, and shipment tracking
Prepare bills of lading and commercial invoices
Support customs clearance and shipment release activities
Monitor shipment status and escalate delays appropriately
Track transportation costs and support cost reduction initiatives
Requirements:
Current enrollment in a relevant university or college program
Co-op or work term required by your academic program
Strong interest in global transportation and supply chains
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Apply your logistics coordination, customs knowledge, and analytical skills while supporting Eclipse Automation’s global supply chain.
