Light Duty Commercial Cleaner

Overview  Light Duty Cleaner Position available in Cambridge. Evening light duty cleaning Wednesday and Friday starting after 5:00pm, 3 hours per shift. This office cleaning position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 25 lb), standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
We are seeking serious, long term minded employees to join our growing Cleaning Company.
Responsibilities   General dusting, vacuuming, mopping
Cleaning of washrooms, refilling dispensers
Emptying garbage and recycling
Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
Spot Cleaning of walls and glass
Sanitizing touchpoints
Additional tasks as requested
Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies
Qualifications   Communicate in English both written and verbally
Strong attention to detail
Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
Have a criminal record check
Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial
Working Conditions  There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID-19 pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
