Move Smart Rentals is hiring an experienced Cleaner for rental property turnovers. Earn $32.50 per hour while ensuring homes are ready for new tenants with your detail-oriented skills.

This independent role requires at least two years of professional cleaning experience, with a focus on move-in, move-out, and deep cleaning tasks. You will visit various residential properties, conducting thorough cleaning duties to prepare homes for new occupants, ensuring they are presented at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning for vacant rentals and apartments

• Deep clean floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces

• Clean appliances, cabinets, and fixtures as needed

• Conduct final walkthroughs and document completion

• Report any issues affecting cleanability

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in professional cleaning roles

• Own vehicle and cleaning supplies essential

• Basic English communication abilities required

• Attention to detail and reliability is a must

• Ability to work independently following specific instructions
