In the position, your primary responsibility will be to manage preventive maintenance compliance for the fleet. You will analyze operational availability and schedule service efficiently to reduce downtime. Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and analytics teams for seamless execution of maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance for scheduled preventive maintenance
• Schedule trucks for service efficiently to maximize uptime
• Create effective service plans to minimize repeat visits
• Manage PM programs using analytical insights
• Schedule repairs based on predictive maintenance data
Requirements:
• College diploma or certification in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years in fleet maintenance experience
• Experience with maintenance coordination and logistics
• Familiarity with fleet tracking and maintenance software
• Understand maintenance economics and cost-saving strategies
