Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, as a Lead Maintenance Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring reliable operations of manufacturing equipment. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with production teams to implement efficient solutions. Your leadership is crucial in creating a safe and organized workplace that adheres to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate activities
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis with cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and housekeeping standards
• Oversee contractor work compliance and performance
• Manage training programs and Maintenance budgets
Requirements:
• Certified Electrician, Automation, or related degree
• Minimum 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GMP compliance and regulatory standards
• Experience with maintenance systems and ERP software
