Mirion Technologies seeks a skilled Facilities Manager in Cambridge to oversee facility maintenance and ensure compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
In this hands-on role, you will manage the total upkeep of the facility’s infrastructure, including a focus on preventive maintenance for critical industrial equipment. Working closely with Operations and Engineering teams, you will devise long-term plans that support business growth while maintaining a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will also extend to managing contractor relationships and maintenance budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal safety and compliance for facility operations
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program
• Lead mechanical work for equipment repair and alignment
• Manage outside contractors for facility services
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics for decision-making
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in facilities maintenance
• Certified Millwright with hands-on capability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industrial compliance standards
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills
