In this onsite maintenance role, you will manage the team of technicians while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and labor agreements. You'll implement 5S and lean initiatives, troubleshoot PLC systems, and mentor staff. Collaborating with engineering and production teams, your impact will resonate across the facility's maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee coordination of maintenance staff activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and collective bargaining agreements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives like TPM and lean
• Schedule preventative maintenance to minimize operational downtime
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
Requirements:
• High school diploma;
Millwright or Electrician certification desired
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong understanding of union dynamics
• Prior manufacturing experience required
• Fluency in English and strong verbal skills
