Lead maintenance mechanics in Cambridge with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls expertise. Work onsite while supporting safe facility operations.
JLL seeks an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with robotics and controls systems technicians. The position oversees preventive maintenance, supports multi-site production, and serves as the client contact during assigned shifts. Leadership, technical knowledge, and customer-focused execution are central.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and support maintenance team members
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs
- Schedule tickets and track completion
- Partner with Environmental Health and Safety
- Manage contractors, audits, budgets, and project planning
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Maintenance experience with industrial machinery and electrical systems
- Electronic controls maintenance experience
- Flexibility for various shifts and schedules
