Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily work for a sidewalk snow removal crew
Lead crew activities throughout winter sidewalk operations
Remove snow and maintain sidewalks during winter
Operate a truck and tow its trailer safely
Keep completed work safe and efficient
Requirements:
Hands-on winter sidewalk maintenance or snow removal experience
Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
Safe truck and trailer towing ability
Capacity to lift 50 pounds or more
Reliability, punctuality, and strong crew leadership skills
Use proven snow removal, towing, and crew coordination abilities to support safe winter sidewalk maintenance with MD Maintenance.
