Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Lead industrial maintenance operations onsite in Cambridge, applying mechanical, electrical, and PLC expertise across PPG’s facility. Coordinate technicians, equipment reliability, and daily work.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance personnel in a unionized environment and report to the Maintenance Manager. You will coordinate leads and technicians while supporting training, parts, tools, and technical development. The position covers manufacturing equipment, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with production and engineering.

• Supervise daily maintenance activities in a unionized environment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
• Schedule preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Train and mentor maintenance staff
• Maintain work orders, records, and inventory

• High school diploma required
• Millwright or Electrician trade certification;
  Red Seal preferred
• Five years industrial maintenance experience and two supervisory years
• PLC troubleshooting and programming proficiency;
  Allen-Bradley preferred
• English fluency and flexible emergency response availability
