The Vice President, Finance will report directly to the CEO while overseeing accounting and finance functions across retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and real estate investments. You will mentor a team of approximately six professionals and be a trusted advisor to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead accounting and finance across luxury retail and real estate
• Manage relationships with banks and lending partners
• Oversee cash management and treasury operations
• Support ERP transition to Net Suite in Ontario stores
• Collaborate on financial implications of growth projects
Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• 10–15 years in progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years in senior finance leadership role
• Strong multi-entity accounting knowledge
• Experience in retail and manufacturing finance
