In this full-time role, you will guide Automation Integration Specialists, ensuring seamless deployments that are technically sound and customer-oriented. Collaborate across functions, manage timelines, and uphold the highest quality standards while empowering customer teams with the necessary knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee system configuration and PLC code deployment
• Act as the QA checkpoint for project quality
• Perform testing and commissioning for customer projects
• Guide Specialists through technical execution and problem-solving
• Lead training sessions for customer operations teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in automation or controls engineering
• Proven experience in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI development
• Expertise in AGV/SGV deployments (OTTO, Kuka, ANT)
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
• Availability for travel across North America
