International Credit Risk Manager

International credit risk leadership anchors this Cambridge headquarters role, overseeing receivables, customer exposure, and payment decisions across Jamesway’s global portfolio.
Jamesway Chick Master Incubator Company Inc. is hiring a Credit & Trade Manager for its worldwide poultry incubation business. Reporting to the CFO and connected to the CEO, this manager leads Credit Risk Management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, reconciliation, and reporting. The position partners with Sales, Operations, banks, insurers, and EDC.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess customer, country, sovereign, and political risk
Review aged receivables and recommend bad debt provisions
Approve credit facilities and authorized write-offs
Partner with Sales on quotations and shipments
Manage EDC relationships, renewals, and export solutions
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive international credit experience
Experience leading Accounts Receivable teams
Strong proactive communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic, analytical approach to standardized processes
CPA, CFA, CTP, or similar designation is an asset
Bring global credit risk judgment, receivables leadership, and commercial communication skills to Jamesway’s international operations.
