We are currently hiring for our Day Shift.

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Hours subject to change.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move portioned meat products from conveyor belts into various packaging, including vacuum-sealed bags and boxes.
• Weigh and portion diced meat, placing it into bags, trays, or vacuum machines.
• Transport meat products using carts or pans between workstations.
• Distribute meat from carts to conveyor belts using gloved hands.
• Load meat into injectors, vacuum machines, or tumblers.
• Place meat onto racks or into boxes.
• Verify product weights using scales.
• Seal packaged products using hand sealers.
• Sort products and ensure package integrity.
• Apply labels to packages.
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Willingness to comply with strict sanitation and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Willingness to assist with general cleanup and additional tasks as assigned
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Team player
