We are looking for drivencandidates currently enrolled in post-secondary educationto work as a Summer Crewing Coordinator who want a value-added experience in plant operations at our food manufacturing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.
Compensation: $19/hr
This position will require full-time availability May through September and you can be assigned to a variety of shifts (including weekends) between the hours of 7am-11pm, as well as overnight shifts 11pm-7am.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the crewing of multiple production lines and classification to ensure the manufacturing department is able to operate effectively and efficientlyTrack and report attendance of frontline employee populationUtilize Kronos Time Management system to ensure Team Members are paid correctly and charged to the correct cost centerAttend and lead various crewing related meetingsQualificationsCompleted high school diploma or GED equivalentMust be enrolled in a post secondary education program in CanadaAvailable to work up to and including Labour Day weekendExcellent communication skillsFlexible –Willingness to work all shifts including afternoons, nights, weekends, and weekend nightsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelPositive attitude and ability to work with various personalitiesGreat attention to detailWhat you can expect from us
