Industrial Spray Painter

As part of our growing team, we are seeking a permanent full-time Industrial Spray Painter to paint casings/enclosures/housings of Air Conditioning equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Painting of industrial equipment and structural steel using industrial spray paint, pressure pot, and air assist airless pumps.
• Must be able to determine and make appropriate adjustments for temperature, humidity, due point, and surface temperature.
• Material paint preparation.
• Material shipping preparation.
• Cleaning tapped holes.
• Pressure washing assemblies.
• And other duties that would include before or aftercare of weldments.
• Job includes prep, cleaning, masking, and other production work as required.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Completion of High School/High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 2+ years of industrial painting experience. The selected candidate will need to have extensive experience spray painting with great attention to detail.
• Must be able to mix your own paint.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A certified Forklift/Crane Operator would be an asset.
• Practice safe work procedures and follow all health & safety regulations.
