Expert Materials Procurement Coordinator

Streamline materials procurement as a dedicated Materials Coordinator, focusing on effective scheduling, inventory management, and timely material distribution to meet production needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily requirements for production materials while maintaining strict adherence to customer schedules. You will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records in ERP systems, and communicate any issues to purchasing teams. Collaboration with supervisors and supporting continuous improvement initiatives will be a focus of your daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal distribution of production materials

• Monitor and manage inventory for production effectiveness

• Maintain and update records in inventory management systems

• Liaise with purchasing on material availability

• Support waste management communication with suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 5–7 years in materials coordination or purchasing

• Familiarity with Customs requirements

• Proficiency in ERP software; MS Office skills required

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
