General Labour - Fabric Technician

Wage:  $20.96/hr. + $1 shift premium (Afternoon)

Shift:  Afternoons 3 PM - 11 PM (Monday - Friday)
Straight shifts
On behalf of our client, we are seeking Fabric Technicians for a bright, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Successful candidates will be responsible for fusing and heat-sealing fabrics while meeting production standards.

Job Description:

Read and interpret fabric drawings (trained)
Fuse large fabric pieces using heat-sealing equipment
Work collaboratively in a small team environment
Stand, bend, squat, pull, and lift materials (team lifting often required)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all company health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Ability to perform physically active tasks, including standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting
Team-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
Comfortable in a bright, temperature-controlled workspace
No safety shoes required; footwear should have white soles to avoid marking fabric
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
