Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 2nd Shift

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The Garment Hanger/Inspector safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers and visually inspects all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors maintain the cleanliness of their work area. This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;
production standards must be met or exceeded to qualify for higher hourly pay.
Work Responsibilities
Place garments on hangers safely and accurately.
Visually inspect garments for defects and prepare for repairing.
Maintain cleanliness of work area.
Work Expectations
Adhere to the attendance policy.
Be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
Be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
Physical Qualifications
Require standing for most of the shift.
Require repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station.

How You Will Be Evaluated
The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a job tryout. Candidates will be compensated for their time during the job tryout. Not all applicants will progress through the entire process; only those identified as most qualified will be invited to the next step.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.60 and $18.38 per hour, based on factors such as skill set, experience, training, and business needs. At the time of hiring, the actual compensation decision will be based on facts and circumstances.
