Elevate your career with Septodont as a Production Supervisor II in Cambridge, Ontario. This full-time position manages production efficiency while ensuring compliance and safety standards are met across shifts.
In this role, you will oversee operations during scheduled shifts, maintaining optimal machinery and human resources. Your responsibilities include monitoring SOP adherence, addressing production challenges, and collaborating with various departments. Leading a team, you will also play a crucial role in employee training, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth shift changeover and optimal resource allocation
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor
• Oversee adherence to SOPs and documentation accuracy
• Conduct employee performance reviews and support their development
• Manage training needs and GMP compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Science or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Effective communication and leadership skills
