** About the Role
** We are hiring for
** Component Preparation Operators and Filling Operators**. These roles support the manufacturing of sterile injectable products by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production aligned with GMP standards.## ##
** Key Responsibilities**###
** Component Preparation Operator
*** Inspect, label, and package finished products
* Prepare components such as caps and stoppers
* Complete batch records and documentation
* Perform cleaning and line clearance
* Conduct quality checks, including seal integrity testing
* Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety standards### ###
** Filling Operator
*** Operate, assemble, and clean filling equipment
* Prepare and sterilize components for production
* Monitor production to ensure product quality
* Perform inspections and in-process quality checks
* Complete batch records and report issues
* Maintain cleanroom standards and proper gowning procedures## ##
** What You Bring
*** High school diploma (post-secondary is an asset)
* 1+ year experience in manufacturing (pharma, food, or regulated industry preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
* Basic computer skills for documentation
* Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
** Nice to Have:
*** Mechanical aptitude (Filling role)
* Inspection certification capability (Component Prep role)## ##
** Work Environment
*** Cleanroom, temperature-controlled facility
* Strict adherence to GMP, quality, and safety standards
* Use of PPE and exposure to cleaning agents and controlled materials
* Physical activity, including lifting up to 21 kg, standing, and repetitive movement## ##
