In this role at Element, you will oversee the flow of materials, customer specifications, and quality measures in our busy laboratory. You will act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring orders are executed accurately and on time. Your contributions will support continuous improvement initiatives and help streamline operations for enhanced productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and log customer materials per procedures
• Review routine orders with order templates
• Build and review specifications for customer orders
• Serve as the primary client contact for production forecasts
• Implement process monitoring initiatives to reduce waste
Requirements:
• Ability to read and interpret various technical documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in interpreting testing procedures
• Ability to develop proposals for new work
