What We’re Looking For
We are interested in connecting with professionals who possess:
Knowledge and experience working in a bakery and product packaging environment preferred.
Must be a team player, have good organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision, and possess a safety‑first approach to work.
Detail oriented.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including overtime and have dependable attendance.
Working conditions
Work indoors.
May be exposed to hot temperatures from ovens.
May work close to others, usually within a few feet.
Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature.
Physical requirements
Standing involved.
May repeat the same movement.
Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, steel‑toed safety shoes/boots and beard nets.
Ability to bend or twist their body.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Qualifications and experience requirements will vary depending on the position.
