Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Cambridge, ON location on an Onsite work schedule (Day Shift Monday - Friday 8:15 am to 4:30 pm). In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations, contributing to the overall success of the business by ensuring that equipment and processes are running optimally.
Your work will help minimize downtime, improve productivity, and support the continuous improvement of our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities Operate and calibrate test systems according to specifications and safety guidelines.
Testing verification and reporting of devices under test.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues related to devices under test, including diagnosing minor problems, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the implementation of test setups upgrades and modifications.
Understanding of test procedures.
Document all test activities in appropriate software, including updating equipment records and preparing reports.
Qualifications The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance and CSP Clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Technology, etc.)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronic testing role.
Must have the ability to lift up to 35lbs.
Must be able to obtain CGP and CSP clearances.
WE VALUE Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Strong computer skills (Office 365).
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Follow procedures (SOP's Maps, Drawings, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment.
Understanding of RF Theory.
The annual base salary range for this position is $45,200 - $60,200 in Cambridge, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
