Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety meetings and monthly audits

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Manage shop attendance and performance

• Monitor production levels across machines

• Conduct employee training on company procedures

Requirements:

• College Diploma or equivalent experience

• 5 to 10 years in a supervisory role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Experience with SAP is an asset

• Security clearance process completion required
