Custom Painter Position

As a Custom Industrial Painter, you will work primarily on the dedicated afternoon shift from 2:30pm to 1:00am, Monday to Thursday, with a shift premium offered. This role involves utilizing spray guns effectively, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring precise coatings according to customer specifications. Your meticulous approach will help enhance the quality and longevity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint using advanced spray equipment

• Prepare and clean surfaces, including sanding and scraping

• Mix paint to achieve required consistency

• Identify and fix painting flaws

• Ensure safety compliance and maintain equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial painting preferred

• Strong detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to adapt to changing work conditions

• Physical strength to handle lifting

• Understanding of paint properties and tools
