Position: WM Baler Operator Role
WM is hiring a Baler Operator for its Cambridge facility. Engage in the afternoon shift, focusing on efficient baling of recyclable materials to support sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect baling machines to ensure safe operation

• Monitor bunker levels of recyclable materials

• Adjust baler settings per commodity requirements

• Operate conveyors to transport materials safely

Requirements:

• 0-6 months of relevant experience is desired

• Participation in training sessions is required

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to perform physical tasks and repetitive motions

• Adaptability to various environmental conditions
