As part of ATS's mission, your role will encompass building and integrating mission-critical automated solutions. This position requires you to coordinate with engineering teams, ensuring that projects meet specifications and are delivered on time. You'll also support apprentices and work collaboratively on mechanical assemblies and production integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fit and assemble precision tooling and machinery parts
• Supervise the assembly team for project completion
• Operate machine tools effectively for various tasks
• Review design documents for manufacturability
• Participate in project execution planning and kick-off meetings
Requirements:
• Experience in mechanical assembly and toolmaking
• Knowledge of shop mathematics and machinery operation
• Strong ability to lead small teams effectively
• Capability to manage low to medium complexity projects
• Flexibility to travel for project needs
