As a full-time CNC Programmer, you will engage in creating and reviewing CNC programs for both machining and milling operations.
Your role requires interpreting complex technical drawings, selecting the right tooling, and troubleshooting program performance to ensure high-quality outputs. Collaboration with machinists and engineers is essential to support production schedules while enhancing workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize CNC programs for machining operations
• Review technical drawings and implement appropriate machining strategies
• Set up programs for various CNC machines and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain accurate program documentation and support safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Strong CNC programming skills in machine code
• Proficiency in machining and milling operations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Experience with CNC controls and CAM software
• Relevant technical diploma or equivalent experience
