Smarter Alloys is searching for a Process Engineer with a background in manufacturing to facilitate the scaling of our wire production lines.

Your role will involve enhancing operational efficiency by working cross-functionally with production and quality teams, driving process optimization, and ensuring our outputs meet stringent quality requirements. This position eliminates bottlenecks and enhances throughput within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize wire production techniques

• Identify and reduce manufacturing bottlenecks

• Maintain compliance with QMS documentation

• Develop in-process quality control metrics

• Collaborate with teams to enhance product transfer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering

• 2–5 years in process engineering

• Familiarity with QMS and statistical analysis

• Knowledge of root cause analysis methods

• Motivated to work in fast-paced settings
