Reporting to the Panel Shop Lead, you will help develop procedures that align with project goals while ensuring ethical practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and drill panel back plates accurately

• Wire and mount electrical components according to specifications

• Ensure compliance with company standards

• Keep the work area clean and efficient

• Manage materials and inventory processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in custom automation

• Computer skills in MS Office, E-Plan, or Solid-works

• Knowledge of electrical systems and integration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Adherence to health and safety protocols
