Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing equipment operations, maintaining supply levels, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. By leading training initiatives and supporting cross-departmental efforts, you will play a crucial role in improving overall production efficacy and quality assurance. This position offers a blend of leadership and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate optimal shift handovers for operations

• Prevent and report any equipment or resource issues

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Fulfill operator duties as necessary

• Keep workspace clean and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college certification advantageous

• At least 1 year in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory

• Effective communication skills essential

• Ability to adapt to all shift requirements
